Inc. has worked with many of the world’s leading telecommunication
providers. Our experience in all phases of project and construction
management is parallel to none. We understand the financial and
competitive nature of the industry and make every effort to exceed
all expectations. Below are only a few of the projects our personnel
have been associated with over the years.

C.H. Weber, Inc. participated with Sprint Broadband Direct in their
first ever test market of the XG wireless broadband high speed Internet
Service. We performed site audits, assisted in site acquisition,
zoning, permitting, construction of management of site builds, coordinating
transport (connectivity), and selecting general contractors. Sites
included co-locates on monopoles, 700 foot buildings, to church
steeples.

In conjunction with Sprint PCS worked in Detroit, Michigan on the
accelerated capacity planning upgrade project. Responsibilities
included coordinating multiple teams to facilitate and upgrade and/or
replace Lucent BTS equipment. Coordinate electrical power upgrades,
act as general contractor for audits and hot transfer upgrades of
radio equipment, and coordinate implementation of new Lucent modcell
equipment with NetOps, switch manager, and Lucent personnel.
Contracted with Crown Castle Communications to manage the Denver,
Colorado switch expansion for Voice Stream Wireless. Responsibilities
include the coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical
and electrical phases of project. Worked with general contractor
to manage the various phases of construction to ensure existing
switch facilities were not interrupted.

Hired, trained and managed a team of 15 Construction and Utility
Managers for the build out of 250 wireless sites for the Michigan
PCS market area including: Detroit, Flint, Saginaw, Port Huron,
Lansing, Jackson, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Muskegon
and Toledo, Ohio. Coordinated all site prep work and due diligence
including site acquisition, site surveying, geotechnical sampling,
site grading and preparation, tower construction, antenna and line
installation, power and Telco procurement. Met with local municipalities,
building departments, and planning and review boards to verify and
comply with the local requirements. Responsible for all aspects
of site construction from site selection to site turn up. Recognized
by both management and peers for integrity, dependability and flexibility
in meeting project objectives.

Worked with Western Wireless in the build out of the Albuquerque
and El Paso markets installing monopoles and self-supported towers
ranging from 65 feet to 150'. Also responsible for the build out
of office space and switch facilities in El Paso. Directly responsible
for the coordination of all functions associated with the layout,
design and construction of raw ground sites and tenant improvement
sites. Duties included setting up construction, supervision and
management of field engineers, material coordinators, contractors,
sub-contractors, and the support personnel needed to accomplish
scope of work. Responsible for compliance with local, state and
federal construction requirements.

C. H. Weber, Inc. teamed with T-mobile to inspect cell sites throughout
the state of Washington. Responsible for physical tower inspections
of antenna alignment, orientation and down tilts. Inventory verification,
feedline and associated connector integrity. Worked with numerous
geographically dispersed groups to communicate data and complete
project objectives.
