With years of development and construction experience, C. H. Weber
Inc. understands the full scope of work that is required in order
to complete any successful site deployment. A logical progression
must be followed in order to achieve accurate, successful results.
The first critical step is site acquisition.

As with any design, a search ring must be identified in order to
obtain the maximum coverage desired. Once the designated search
ring is defined, C. H. Weber, Inc. reviews the search ring and identifies
all potential sites that will meet the requirements, identify any
potential zoning issues associated with the area, contact local
municipalities to fully understand prerequisites and any potential
issues that may interfere with associated time frames to complete
project.

Once all potential sites have been identified, C.H. Weber, Inc.
contacts each individual entity to begin the negotiation process.
All information obtained is documented and shared with client to
ensure communication and expectations are clear. Physical site inspections
will be performed to ensure site and space availability. Documentation
will be obtained (if available) to review wind loading potential
of tower. Once all parties have been fully informed of availability,
technical, and financial concerns, C.H. Weber, Inc. will seek approval
from client for lease negotiations and can act in the client’s
behalf.

Upon client approval of candidate site locations, C.H. Weber, Inc.
will work directly with client and candidate to initiate, and approve
pre-defined lease provided by client. All associated site information
will be obtained and included in lease agreement package. In parallel,
C.H. Weber, Inc. will begin associated zoning and permitting issues
with local municipalities.

C.H. Weber, Inc. will initiate a survey (when required) and coordinate
with the Engineering and Design team to prepare and file the zoning/permitting
applications. C.H. Weber, Inc. will attend all hearings and make
the necessary presentations before local authorities. Once all approvals
have been completed, C.H. Weber, Inc. will begin the Facility
Design
process.
